Please read the following instructions before visiting the Service Canada Centre:
Complete all relevant forms prior to your appointment and bring required documents with you.
To find passport application forms and information about required documents, visit
Canadian passports and other travel documents.
If your form(s) aren’t complete, we won’t be able to accept them during your appointment.
Processing times do not start until we receive the duly completed application and supporting documents.
Once completed application forms and required documents are received, we will begin to process your application. Under normal circumstances, we should process your application within our
service standards.
Important: If you need a passport in
9 business days or less from the date of your appointment, a proof of travel or need may be required. Additional fees apply.
Please note that you can't transfer your appointment to another person.
