Service Canada is committed to providing a safe environment for all. Please read the following instructions before visiting the office for your appointment:
Arriving for your appointment
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early for your appointment and ensure you have all required documentation for your visit. If you’re late, you may have to make another appointment.
When you arrive for your appointment, please check-in with a Service Canada employee. You will have to give them your name and appointment time.
You may be required to wait outside the office.
Health measures and other considerations to know before you visit
Masks are encouraged
Service Canada provides a mask-friendly environment. Clients and visitors should feel comfortable to wear a mask in our offices.

Limit the use of scented products
Service Canada promotes a scent reduced work environment. We encourage limited use of scented products in our offices.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
If you want to change your appointment, you will need to cancel it and book a new appointment.

Please bring the required documentation, indicated on the requirement checklist section on
the application form, at your appointment. For more information, visit Canada.ca/passport.
Important: If you need a passport in
9 business days or less from the date of your appointment, a proof of travel or need may be required. Additional fees apply.
Please note that you cannot transfer your appointment to another person.
